The Curve Shield Senior Contact Pad is recommended for ages 13 years plus.
The advantage of the Curve Shield over other contact pads is that it can be held vertically like a normal contact pad or horizontally enabling a far wider range of drills to be practiced than a standard contact pad including hit and spin and rucking training with two people hitting the pad at once - for this reason we believe this to be the best contact pad on the market!
